7:02 p.m.- Dale Evert Bogue, 32, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of simple domestic abuse assault, 3rd degree harassment and disorderly conduct by Toledo Police.

Oct. 20

1:12 a.m.- Annette Jane Gordon, 53, Waterloo, arrested in the 2300 block of U.S. Highway 63, rural Toledo, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, reckless driving and driving on the wrong side of roadway by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 6:50 a.m. on surety bond.

2:35 a.m.- Sean Michael McFarlin, 48, Marshalltown, arrested in he 200 block of Red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and three warrants by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

2:59 a.m.- Deann Aedyce Shumate, 49, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of red Earth Drive, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

9:10 a.m.- Dustin Reed Susie, 30, Beaman, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.
