Juvenile charged in the 300 block of Park Street on a charge of possession of alcohol on school property by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

1:03 p.m.- Lanie Brenda Negrete, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Two juveniles arrested in the 500 block of Washington Street on charges of 5th degree criminal mischief and criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

3:55 p.m.- Jessy James Lennie, 35, Belle Plaine, arrested at the Iowa County Jail, Marengo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 18 at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

6 p.m.- David Craig Waltmeyer, 58, rural Toledo, arrested in at Tama County roads E43 and K Avenue, rural Toledo, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, possession of a controlled substance 32rd or subsequent offense and driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 a.m.- Elmer Abel Maldonado, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Ft. Dodge correctional Facility on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:36 a.m.- David Craig Waltmeyer, 58, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation y the Tama County Sheriffs Office.

9 a.m.- Jonathan Henry Martin, 33, address of Rockwell City Prison, arrested at the rockwell City Correctional Facility on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:45 a.m.- Serena Lea Jefferson, 21, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Attorney’s Office on a warrant by Toledo Police.
