2 p.m.- Robert Terrell Kluck, 27, Albion, arrested in Marshalltown on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Six juveniles arrested in the 600 block of Walnut Street with each charged with simple assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

7:57 p.m.- Sarah Elizabeth Blomgren, 26, Nevada, arrested at the Story County Jail, Nevada, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 12 at 11:20 a.m. after serving time.

Phackakchay Inthongsay, 30 Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West 3rd Street on charges of controlled substance violation and disorderly conduct by Tama Police.

Oct. 8

11:49 p.m.- Mathew Allen Vest, 30, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Oswego on a charge of domestic assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on Oct. 9 at 10:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Oct. 9

4 p.m.- Alex Richard Deike, 25, Wellsburg, arrested at 100 Street and T47, Lincoln, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 12 at 2:50 p.m. on surety bond.

Oct. 10

Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 10:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

6:30 p.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 22, Tama, arrested in hte 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:40 p.m. on surety bond.

9:30 p.m.- Sharnina Unique Bell, 25, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of forgery by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Place on pre-trial release at 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 11.

9:30 p.m.- Nquita Ieasha Coplen, 31, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of forgery by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:10 p.m.

Oct. 12

11:18 a.m.- Trudi Ann Mathes, 33, rural Tama, arrested at the County Attorney’s Office in the Courthouse on a charge of 3rd degree burglary by Tama Police and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 4:05 p.m.

1:26 p.m.- Dallas Edward Forkner, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street, Toledo, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

6:07 p.m.- Roeles Reyes Cavazos, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear t by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Oct. 13

9:40 a.m.- Brandon Lee Youngbear, 55, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton Street, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 18 at 4:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:27 p.m.- Audrey Rose Youngbear, 25, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 3205th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
