3:30 a.m.- Mary Lou Thompson, 66, Janesville, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 3rd degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
12:15 p.m.- Curtis Joseph Aldridge, 34, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Oct. 13 at 12:10 p.m. after serving time.
Oct. 6
9:15 a.m.- Earl Joseph Murty, 64, rural Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:50 a.m. on surety bond.
11:06 a.m.- Russell Eugene Innis, 51, Marshalltown, arrested as a probation / parole violator at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:44 a.m.- Curtis Aaron Walker II, 27, Newton, arrested at the Jasper County Jail, Newton, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Oct. 7
9:30 a.m.- Angela Marie Hahn-Poelka, 37, rural Toledo, cited in the 2600 block of N Avenue on a charge of animal neglect by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
10:55 a.m.- Jenna Leanne McClintock, 29, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
