9:08 a.m.- Starla May Marie Lincoln, 36, Marshalltown, arrested in the100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.
9:49 a.m.- Elsie Marie Dolash, 26, rural Toledo, cited by the court on Tama Police charge of 5th degree theft.
9:51 a.m.- Jessy James Lennie, 35, Toledo, cited by the court on a Tama Police charge of 5th degree theft.
Dennis Leland Keahna Jr., 55, rural Montour, cited by the court on a Tama Police charge of 5th degree theft.
12:45 p.m.- Derek Alan Wilkins, 29, Tama, charged in the 1300 block of Overlook Drive with possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 12:23 p.m. after pleading guilty.
121:45 p.m.- Brittiny Renee Morgan, 25, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Overlook Drive on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 12:49 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
3:55 p.m.- Thomas Mitchell Butler, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of State Street on a charges of 3rd degree harassment and on a warrant by Tama Police.
4:54 p.m.- Curtis Joseph Aldridge, 34, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Beals Court on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 30 at 1:18 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
Juvenile arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on three counts of 3rd degree sexual abuse by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Press Arrest Log.

2:29 a.m.- Shannon Danielle Haines, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of eats Ross Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, interference with official acts and leaving the scene of a property damage accident by Toledo Police. Released at 12:15 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
3:25 a.m.- Paul Michael Meade, 54, Williamsburg, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary of an unoccupied vehicle by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:20 p.m. on surety bond.
12:25 p.m.- Bradley Scott Dundee, 47, Buckingham, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.Released on Oct. 2 at noon on unsecured bond.
4:32 p.m.- John Jordan Lindberg, 29, Ames, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of enticing a minor under age 16 by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial released on Oct. 2 at 12:05 p.m.
6:30 p.m.- Timothy William Vance, 30, Marion, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of enticing a minor under age 16 by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Oct. 2 at 12:10 p.m.
8:30 p.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released on Oct. 3 at 11:08 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:28 p.m.- Kyle Anthony Chyma, 28, Omaha, Neb., arrested in the 500 block of South Elm Street, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
6 P.m.- Casandra Lyn Campbell, 26, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle.
