Sept. 28

2 a.m.- Nicholas Leon Latiker, 39, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at F Avenue on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9 a.m.- Mohammed Mowlid Hersi, 30, Tama, cited in the 3000 block of L Avenue, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Tama Police.

1:45 p.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police.

5:29 p.m.- Susan Jean Robinson, 54, Garrison, arrested at North Walnut Avenue and East Maple street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Sept. 29 at 9 a.m.

5:34 p.m.- Jeremy Dean Oliver, 47, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Wets 3rd Street on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Tama Police. Released on Sept. 29 at 2:20 p.m. on surety bond.

8:10 p.m.- Jeffrey Joseph Dorn Gates, 20, Cedar FGalls, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Traer, on charges of contempt- violation of a no contact order and criminal trespassing by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 29 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

3:49 a.m.- Lynne Louise Rutledge, 34, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of East 5th Street, Tama, on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred at 5:30 a.m.
