Sept. 23

11:04 a.m.- Jennifer Jo Clement, 35, rural Chelsea, cited by the Clerk of court on a charge of 2nd degree theft filed by the Tama County sheriff’s Office.

6:38 p.m.- Henry Wilke Eidlers, 39, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. 30 and RR Avenue, rural Chelsea, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Sept. 24 at 1:41 a.m. after posting surety bond.

Sept. 24

6:43 p.m.- Gary Lynn Hutson, 54, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 1600 block of 13th Street, Belle Plaine, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Sept. 25 at 11:30 a.m.

8:49 p.m.- Ronald D. Nott, 50, Cedar Falls, arrested at 250th Street and U.S. Highway 63 on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Sept. 25 at 11:22 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:58 p.m.- Kathy Ann Johnson, 38, Vinton, arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Sept. 25 at 11:15 a.m. on unsecured bond.

Sept. 27

2:54 p.m.- Martin Larry Wilson, 51, Atkins, Iowa, arrested in the 7000 block of 32nd Avenue, rural Atkins, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury, 3rd or subsequent offense by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on Sept. 28 at 7:50 a.m.

9:04 p.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 400 block of Business Highway 30 on a charge of 5th degree theft by Tama Police.
