10:43 p.m.- Merlin Forrest Choneska Jr., 42, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1300 block of Meskwaki Road, rural Tama, on two counts of violation of a no contact / protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Sept. 16 at 9:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:20 p.m.- Joshua LeRoy Papesh, 22, Traer, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on two warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 17

2:10 a.m.- Dylan Robert Kelley, 23, Montour, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on chagres of criminal trespassing and unlawful use of driver’s license by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:52 a.m. after posting cash bond.

10:17 p.m.- Craig Allan Peters, 69, Gladbrook, arrested at the Tama County sheriff’s Office, Toledo, on a charge of 2nd degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Sept. 18

6:32 a.m.- Mark William Burke II, 23, Traer, arrested in the 700 block of 2nd street, Traer, on a charge of indecent contact with a child by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

3:50 p.m.- Bryan Lee Bowman, 51, Traer, arrested at P Avenue and U.S. Highway 63 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol.

Sept. 19

1:16 a.m.- Manuel Enrique Contreras, 20 Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and m Avenue on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol.
