Sons of the American Legion Post 73, Tama roof the Tama Park Shelter House

The S.A.L. (Sons of the American Legion) Post 73 in Tama volunteered to roof the Tama Park Shelter House for the City of Tama.

They had a great group of guys who have a lot of fun and laughs during their hard work.

The S.A.L. formed their team a year ago and have approximately 30 members. To join the S.A.L. you have to have a father, grandfather or great grandfather who served in the military. They would like to encourage more members to join them with all their activities if interested. You can first stop at the legion and pick up a form to join.

The following S.A.L.s made it all happen at the park: Stan Graff, Mac Chyma, Brenon Chyma, Josh Casey, Bo Hall, Buck Bartling, Dirk Bartling, Chad Bartling, Bryce McCollister, Larry Fiesel and Kenen Seda.

Also a big thank you to Darcy Smith for the doughnuts and for the guys.
