7:54 p.m. – Jan Niles Kapayou, 27, rural Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator in the 1500 block of Harding and charged with possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense public consumption / intoxication by Tama Police.
9:44 p.m.0 Helle Leann Neville, 29, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 bloc of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 24 at 11:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.
Aug. 22
2:10 p.m.- Brian Everett Boyer, 53, Ankeny, arrested at the Polk county Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 3:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.
2:19 p.m.- Victor Lamar Webb, 41, Des Moines, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of felony controlled substance violation, possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Aug. 23
9 a.m.- Horacio David Shadden, 19, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of Wilson Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse by Tama Police. Released at 12:45 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9 a.m.- Kaitlynn Louise Wasesuk, 19, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of Wilson Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault. Released at 1:05 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
8:48 p.m.- Elvis Lambert, 33, Chelsea, arrested in the 200 block of Orange Street, Chelsea, on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 24 at 11:10 a.m. after pleading guilty.
9:15 p.m.- Amanda Jacquelyn Collins, 29, Marshalltown, arrested at Fee street at Prospect Drive on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 24 at 11 a.m. after pleading guilty.

11:14 a.m.- Anthony James Reitinger, 244, Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Aug. 25
9:39 p.m.- Travis Michael Mask, 31, Traer, arrested ion the 200 block of North Main, Traer, on a charge on 2nd offense public consumption / intoxication y the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Released on Aug. 26 at 9:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
