Aug. 9

5:44 a.m.- Amy Maxine Meling, 42, Reinbeck, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release and on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:17 p.m.- Brittany Ann Kreisel, 27, Applington, Iowa, arrested in the 2700 block of U.S. Highway 63, rural Toledo, on charges of possession of marijuana- 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of a schedule d controlled substance- 3rd or subsequent offense, possession of contraband in a correctional facility and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 11 at 4:50 p.m. on surety bond.

7:38 p.m.- Bradley Joesph Leyse, 33 Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on premises, in vehicle or dwelling and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 9:52 p.m. on surety bond.

10:05 p.m.- Richard DeWayne Stalker, 43, Traer, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E29, rural Garwin, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, driving without a license, violation of a restricted license and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Aug. 10 at 8:35 a.m. on surety bond.

Aug. 10

7:39 a.m.- Christopher McBreantdly Brown, 28, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 12 at 2:05 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

Noon- Vily Hernandez-Valdez, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of West High Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Aug .12 at 7:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:07 p.m.- Murphy Aaron Blackcloud, 33, rural Tama, arrested as a parole / probation violator n the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing, rural Toledo, by the Department of Correctional Services. Released on Aug. 18 at 2:20 p.m. after serving time.

Aug. 11

9:37 a.m.- Dane Allyn Hagemeier, 27, Waterloo, appeared in court for arraignment and was chargedd with 2nd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:09 a.m.- Trenton Del Garcia, 21, Toledo, had trial information filed on charges of extortion and stalking- 1st offense by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:21 a.m.- Sara Jo Weaver, 37, Cedar Rapids, was arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred on Aug. 17 at 11:21 a.m.

1:10 p.m.- Charles Ray Neal, 39, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

11:21 p.m.- Joshua Dame Todd, 29, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of Harmon Street, Tama, on a charge of 2nd degree criminal mischief and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 12 at 3:55 p.m. on surety bond.

Aug. 12

9:26 p.m.- Taurus Pernell Williams, 39, Omaha, Neb., arrested in the 300 block of Clark Street, Garwin, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:09 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:14 .m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 21, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of McClellan on a charge of disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Aug. 13 at 3:50 p.m. after pleading guilty.

Aug 13

9:37 p.m.- Surrell Jade Youngbear, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of West Myrtle Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, vehicle insurance violation and failure to use headlights by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 14 at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
