Aug. 6

11:44 p.m.- Thomas Dean Wyckoff, 55, Waterloo, arrested in the 3000 block of Hickory hills Road, rural LaPorte City, on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury, public intoxication and disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 7 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug. 8

1:26 a.m.- Patrick John Kearney, 52, Tama, arrested in the 1200 block of East 5th Street on a charge of attempted 3rd degree burglary of unoccupied vehicle by Tama Police. Released at 9:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:02 p.m.- Alex David White, 21, Cedar Rapids, charged at U.S. Highway 30 and P Avenue on charges of driving while license suspended and violation of vehicle insurance requirement by the Iowa State Patrol.

11:16 p.m.- Jason Dwight Drew, 33, Gladbrook, arrested in the 200 block of 1st Street, Gladbrook, on charges of 1st offense animal torture, domestic abuse assault with injury and three counts of neglect of a dependent person by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
