9:45 a.m.- Joshua Michael Levis, 37, Marshalltown, arrested at LeGrand on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 1 at 9:10 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

1 p.m.- Scott Joseph Peterson, 51, Clutier, arrested in the 2700 block of N Avenue, rural Toledo, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Aug. 1 at 10:20 a.m.

Joshua Dale Todd, 29, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, on charges of 4th degree theft and 4th degree criminal mischief by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 1 after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

2:24 p.m.- Devin Ray Spinks, 26, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on Aug. 2 at 12:55 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:53 p.m.- Jeramy James clement, 41, Dysart, arrested in the 300 block of Main Street, Dysart, on a charge of 2nd degree theft and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 2 at 10:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Aug. 2

6:25 p.m.- Troy Owen McHugh, 52, Yankton, S. D. , arrested at 125th Street and P: Avenue, Buckingham, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, failure to maintain control of vehicle and open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 3 at 5:35 p.m. on surety bond.

Aug. 3

4:10 a.m.- Andrew Michael Simmons, 25, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1800 block of Tama County Road E49 on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at 12:05 p.m.

12:05 p.m.- Veronica Irene Zankowski, 32, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:19 p.m.- Aaron Levi Ditmarson, 22, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East 6th Street on charges of felony controlled substance violation, failure to affix tax stamp, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of 2nd offense possession of marijuana by Tama Police.

11:14 p.m.- Christopher McBreantldy Brown, 28, Marshalltown, arrested in the 300 block of south 18th Avenue, Marshalltown, on chagres of 2nd offense drunken driving and leaving the scene of a property damage accident by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:33 p.m.- Ashley Marie Thompson, 29, rural Tama, arrested at the Marshalltown Reisdnetial Facility, Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of temrs of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Aug. 6

12:32 a.m.- Mindy Lucille Ryan, 18, Chelsea, arrested in the 2000 block of Tama County Road E29, rural Toledo, on charges of public intoxication and possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:40 a.m. after serving time.

1:33 a.m.- Brand Eileen Johnson, 27, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:26 p.m.- Matthew Stephen Smith, 19, Marshalltown arrested in the 2000 block of Tama County Road E29, rural Toledo, on charges of public intoxication and purchase / possession of alcohol under age 21 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10 a.m. after serving time.
