9:43 p.m.- Tedrick Eugene Elmendorf, 61, Toledo, arrested in the 600 block of South Church Street, Toledo, on a charge of driving while license revoked by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 29 at 2:10 p.m. after posting bail with the Clerk of Court.

July 28

9:11 a.m.- Pedros Saban-Lares, 42, Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E49, rural Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, disobeying a law officer, violation of vehicle insurance liability coverage, driving without a license and two counts of malicious prosecution by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:35 p.m.- Joshua Joe Sprague, 39, Gilman, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Aug. 5 at 6:05 p.m. on surety bond.

1:45 p.m.- Briana Nicole Morrow, 25, Toledo, charged in the 100 block of North Main, with 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

July 29

12:14 a.m.- Somchai Sourasmy, 44, Des Moines, charged in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
