8:25 a.m.- Jamie Marie Wilson, 38, Marshalltown, cited by court on a charge of 2nd degree harassment and arrested by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
Juvenile arrested in the 200 block of 8th Street on a charge of 5th degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. No other information was provided in the Arrest Press Log.
5:48 p.m.- Chris Wayne Harris, 54, LeGrand arrested at LeGrand on charges of enticing a minor under age 16, sexual exploitation of children and on a warrant by Tama Police.

3:27 p.m.- Richard Eugene Lee, 62, Ames, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 Expressway on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 5:30 p.m. on surety bond.

11:23 a.m.- Vorshayne Dee Ware, 35, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 Expressway at M Avenue, Toledo, on a charge of driving while barred by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 4:05 p.m. on surety bond.
12:45 p.m.- Wal Pouch Deng, 44, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 28 at 12:55 p.m. after serving time.
4:03 p.m.- Joshua Dame Todd, 29, Tama, arrested in the 3000 block of 190th Street, rural Marshalltown, on charge of 2nd offense drunken driving, failure to stop at a stop sign and speed by the Iowa State Patrol and charges of domestic assault – impeding air / blood flow, eluding pursuing law enforcement, reckless driving, driving while license suspended, two counts of failure to obey stop sign and three charges of child endangerment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Aug. 5 at 11:27 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
9:22 p.m.- Carrie Rachelle O’Hare, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
11:40 p.m.- Nathaniel Dean Lowery, 30, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Broadway, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 29 at 10:15 a.m. after serving time.
