11:42 p.m.- Brandon John Thran, 18, Reinbeck, arrested at South County Road at Oak Street on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving while barred, 2nd degree harassment, interference with official acts, possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21, driving while license suspended and unsafe lane change by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on July 21 at 9:25 p.m. on surety bond.

July 19

12:02 a.m.- Brandon John Thran, 18, Reinbeck, arrested at 2nd Avenue at South County Road on a charge of 2nd degree criminal mischief by Toledo Police. Released on July 21 at 9:25 p.m. on surety bond.

11:32 a.m.- Nathan Alexander Buchanan, 40, Tama, cited to court on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by Tama Police.

12:21 p.m.- Bradley Joseph Leyse, 33, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Transferred at 2:45 p.m.

7:33 p.m.- Wanda Cheryl Provincial, 43, Toledo, arrested in the 800 block of South Broadway on a charge of public intoxication. Released on July 20 at 10:05 p.m. after pleading guilty.

July 20

1:22 p.m.- Erica Quin Gonzalez, 27, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block o Sesame Drive on charges of 2nd degree harassment and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. s Released on July 21 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3 p.m.- Brandon John Thran, 18, Reinbeck, arrested in the 100 block of North Main ,Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 22

8:25 a.m.- Jamie Marie Wilson, 38, Marshalltown, cited by court on a charge of 2nd degree harassment by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office
