July 11

9 a.m.- Anna Marie Ware, 33, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 3rd degree burglary and 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:15 p.m.- Misty Rachelle Shaver, 38, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release.

8:43 p.m.- Brent Joseph Williams, 47, Garwin, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 12 at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:34 p.m.- Tyrone David Walker, 41, Belle Plaine, arrested at U.S. 30 and 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 12 at 10:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 12

4:26 p.m.- Anna Marie Ware, 33, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:19 p.m.- Kimberly Ann Garcia, 37, Ames, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of prostitution by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:16 p.m.- Jeremy Dean Oliver, 46, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of North Main Street on two counts of enticing a minor under the age of 16 by Toledo Police. Placed on pre-trial release on July 13 at 10:50 a.m.

July 13

1:54 a.m.- Jeremy Shaun Bearderstadt, 38, Garwin, arrested in the 200 block of Park Street, Garwin, on charges of domestic abuse assault with injury and interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:20 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:55 p.m.- Rowwena Mia Durnin, 30, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of East High Street on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

6:25 p.m.- Dawn Marie Murray, 43, Elberon, arrested in the 3000 block of 280th Street, rural Elberon, on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 14 at 11:05 a.m. after pleading guilty.

7:16 p.m.- Hector Torres, 28, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of Prospect Drive on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released at 8:15 p.m. after posting cash bond.

July 14

1:41 a.m.- Diaz Vincent Sheridan, 28, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 15 at 10:25 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
