July 8

9:29 p.m.- Ricky David Stanley, 62, Gladbrook, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street rural Tama, on two counts of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 9 at 10:20 a.m. on unsecured bond.

10:05 p.m.- Jermaine Claude Spencer, 32, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 15 at 10:50 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:14 p.m.- Adam Eugene Mellies, 46, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of North Church Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. Released on July 9 at 11:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:25 p.m.- Farhan Omar, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of east High Street on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by Toledo Police.

July 9

12:05 a.m.- Sammantar Barre Abdirzak, 28, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by Toledo Police. Released on July 9 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:18 p.m.- Stacey Renee Kapayou, 38, rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

July 10

11:15 a.m.- Brandon Lee Wanatee, 54, rural Tama, arrested in the 3000 block of Tama County Road T47, rural Montour, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on July 11 at 10:30 a.m.

2:12 a.m.- Leonel Alejandro Garcia-Alvarez, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of 3rd degree criminal mischif by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
