6:57 a.m.- Ronda Kay Davis, 56, Burlington, Iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 1:05 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

8:38 p..m- Justin Dale Sutton, 34, Toledo, arrested as a probation / parole violator at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Shipped out on July 15 at 11:50 a.m.

9:55 p.m.- Tristan David Timmons, 18, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 2nd degree criminal mischief and possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:55 p.m.- Vana Ilene Brown, 30, rural Montour, arrested in the 200 block of West Village Road, rural Montour, on charges of interference with official acts, driving while license suspended and false use of registration by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 8 at 11:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.

1:01 p.m.- Shewit Hagos Berhe, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 330 block of l Avenue, Tama, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, driving with out a license, fail to maintain control of vehicle and striking and unattended vehicle by Tama Police
