July 3

1:09 a.m.- Bradley Jared Timm, 42, Keystone, arrested in the 100 block of East Highway 30 on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving without a license by Tama Police.

July 5

1:55a.m.- Rasim Husidic, 37, Evansdale, arrested at Highway 30 and I Avenue on chagres of driving while license suspended, speeding and violation of vehicle insurance requirement by Toledo Police. Release at 9:50 a.m. after pleading guilty.

10:45 p.m.- Mitchell Doyle Thede, 18, Toledo, cited in the 100 block of north Main, Toledo, on charges of leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 6

9:52 p.m.- Leigha Irene Welch, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Harrison Street, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

July 7

4 a.m.- Willis Wade Wrase-Lasley, 36, rural Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

6:57 a.m.- Ronda Kay Davis, 56, Burlington, iowa, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 105 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
