11:40 p.m.- Keelan Cody Walker, 33, rural Tama, arrested as a parole / probation violator in the 400 block of Sac and Fox Road, rural Tama, by the Department of Correctional services. Released on July 1 at 12:30 p.m. on surety bond.

June 30

3 p.m.- Merlin Forrest Choneska Jr., 41, Brooklyn, Iowa, arrested at the Poweshiek County Jail in Montezuma on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:41 p.m.- Joshua Dale Todd, 29, Clutier, arrested in the 400 block of 4th Street, Clutier, on charges of simple domestic abuse assault, driving while license suspended and two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on July 1 at 11:10 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 1

11:15 a.m.- Gaston Keahna, 38, rural Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:59 p.m.- Emma Mae Pope, 62, Chicago, ill., arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on July 2 at 10:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

July 2

10:37 a.m.- Anna Marie Ware, 33, Waterloo, arrested at 12th Street and e Avenue, Lincoln, on charges of driving while barred, unlawful possession of prescription drug, violation of vehicle insurance requirement, providing false identification and four counts of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:20 p.m.- Erik Lee Head, 25, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of East 7th Street on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Tama Police.

3:18 p.m.- – Anna Marie Ware, 33, Waterloo, arrested in the 100 block of n. Main, Toledo, on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:10 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 600 block of Springs road, rural Tama, on three warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:18 p.m.- Lonnie Adolph Riha, 47, Tama, arrested at West 5th and Siegel streets on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Sentenced and released on July 3 at 1:25 p.m.

11:50 p.m.- Louis Martin Gold, 36, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of 2nd street, Clutier on a charge of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on July 3 at 10:45 a.m.
