June 21

10:40 a.m.- Adriana Bernice Herrera, 29, arrested in the 300 block of 2nd Avenue on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released at 12:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:44 p.m.- Carl Arthur Linden Jr., 55, Galdbrook, arrested in the 100 block of 1st Street, Gladbrook, on charges of possession of an incendiary / explosive device, two counts of 2nd degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on order of the court on June 27 at 1:45 p.m.

June 22

3:47 p.m.- Sean Daniel Slechta, 42, Waverly, arrested at 340th Street at W avenue, rural Chelsea, on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. and charges of carrying weapons, failure to use seat belt, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, driving while license suspended, failure to yield to emergency vehicle and violation of vehicle insurance requirement by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on July 1 at 4:10 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

8:17 p.m.- Onyale Vantress Hughes, 43, Cedar Rapids, arrested at 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 24 at 9:35 a.m. after serving time.

June 23

2 p.m.- Jennifer Jo Clement, 35, rural Chelsea, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse, Toledo on a charge of simple domestic absue assault and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on June 24 at 7:40 a.m. on unsecured bond.

5:45 p.m.- Charles Ray Neal, 39, Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, Tama, on a charge of 4th degree theft by Tama Police. Released on June 27 at 3:10 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

June 26

12:31 a.m.- Tamara Sue Bartling, 43, rural Tama, arrested in the 1100 block of East 5th Street on charges of public intoxication and interference with official acts by Tama Police. Released at 7:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.

2:37 a.m.- Antonio Jesus Davila, 24, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 Expressway and Red Earth Drive, rural Toledo, on a charge of driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:35 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:56 a.m.- Michael Lee Deeds, 27, Gladbrook, arrested in the 600 block of East Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:48 p.m.- Qorane Abdi Ahmed, 30, Tama, arrested in the 200 block of west 3rd street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on June 27 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

June 27

9 a.m.- Louis Martin Gold, 36, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of north Main, on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released at 10:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:40 p.m. Kolby James Starits, 23, Evansdale, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:22 p.m. on surety bond.
