June 9
6:45 p.m.- Brittney Lane Smith, 32, Norwalk, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a charge of forgery by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
June 10
10:35 a.m.- Carlton Gerrard Samuel, 28, Waterloo, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:25 p.m. on surety bond.
12:28 p.m.- Jamie Allen Meduland, 41, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Benton County Jail, Vinton, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
1:10 p.m.- J Trinidad Razo-Franco, 85, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of W. 2nd Avenue on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released at 2:55 p.m. on unsecured bond.
June 11
8:36 p.m.- Levi Cruz Troxell, 20, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of McClellan on chagres of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on June 12 at 2:10 p.m. after pleading guilty.
June 12
Noon- Donald Lee McVey, 52, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of East Broad Street, Montour, on 10 counts of unlawful killing of a non-game bird, and one count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by the Department of Natural Resources. Released on June 13 at 10:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
