2:24 a.m.- James Allyn Wyatt, 21, Marshalltown, arrested in the 600 block of John Street on a warrant by Tama Police.

8 a.m.- Seandre Atlantis Roberts, 23, rural Tama, cited by the court on a charge of interference with official acts by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:55 a.m.- Roeles Reyes Cavazos, 21, rural Tama, arrested at Center Street and U.S. Highway 30, Marshalltown, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:42 p.m.- Petrice Head, 42, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:17 p.m.- Austin Wheeler Weese, 20, LeGrand, arrested in the 1400 block of the U.S. Highway 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 and unlawful use of driver’s license by the Iowa State Patrol.

Released on June 8 at 3:05 a.m. on surety bond.

June 8

11:29 p.m.- Quannah Joseph LeClair, 38, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 west on charges of public intoxication, interference with official acts, disorderly conduct and 5th degree theft by Toledo Police. Released on June 9 at 11:09 a.m. after pleading guilty.
