4:50 p.m.- Justin Lynn Wisner, 41, Amana, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of ongoing criminal conduct and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred on june 3 at 7:40 a.m.

4:50 p.m.- Nicholas Kemmerling, 36, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:01 p.m.- Kerry Lee Fleming, 32, Marshalltown, arrested ay the Scott County Jail, Davenport, on two warrants of violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 2

2:06 a.m.- Jose Guadalupe Castro, 36, Toledo, arrested at Cissy’, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:35 p.m.- Jarod Doyle Woodley, 23, Waterloo, arrested in the 1500 block of 160th Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of domestic abuse assault with intent by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

9:41 p.m.- Tony John Jacobi, 50, Chelsea, arrested in the 2700 block of 370th Street, rural Chelsea, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

June 3

5:53 p.m.- Carolyn Kay Noe, 43, Marshalltown, arrested in the 3800 block of C Avenue, rural Gilman, on charges of 2nd offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office Placed on pre-trial release on June 4 at 9:35 a.m.

June 4

3:46 p.m.- Carlton George Vinsick Jr., 39, Indianola, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on two counts of possession f a controlled substance and for possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

11:22 p.m.- Lal Rem Ruata, 32, Tama, arrested at 3rd and McClellan, Tama, on charges of driving while license suspended, driving without a license, circumventing ignition interlock device and failure to sue headlights by Toledo Police. Sentenced and released on June 5 at 11:20 a.m.

June 5

Nathaniel Scott Akers, 33, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:44 p.m.- Farhan Omar, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West High Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police.

June 6

1:16 a.m.- Tedrick Eugene Elmendorf, 60, Toledo, arrested in the 3000 block of K Avenue, rural Toledo, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
