Noon- Heather Lynn Kaiser, 33, Van Horne, Iowa, arrested in the 400 block of Highway 30 West on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Toledo Police.

12:05 p.m.- Wayne Gary Kaplan, 43, Vinton, arrested in the 400 block of U.S. Highway 30 West on charges of possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription drug by Toledo Police.

May 28

4:18 a.m.- Allen Eugene Carmer, 33, Marshalltown, arrested in the 200 block of Johnston Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of domestic abuse assault – 3rd or subsequent offense by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:11 a.m.- Leslie Quirarte, 19, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:35 p.m. on surety bond.

7:46 p.m.- Francisco Jerado Mancinas, 37, Tama, arrested in the 1100 block of E. 5th Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on May 29 at 12:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

6:52 p.m.- Jennifer Kayse Jane Barkalow, 24, Clutier, arrested at Cissy’s. LeGrand, on charges of 2nd degree burglary, concealed knife used in a crime and on a warrant by Tama Police.

7:02 p.m.- Nicole Lynn Sutton, 29, Toledo arrested in the 200 block of West High Street on two counts of child endangerment by Toledo Police. released ay 9:25 p.m. on surety bond.

7:44 p.m.- Jose Alberto Gamas-Morales, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 200 block of U.S. Highway 30 west on a charge of public intoxication by Toledo Police.

8:25 p.m.- Jeffrey Kevin Weitzell, 56, Toledo, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on a charge of assault causing bodily injury y Toledo Police.

10:14 p.m.- Krystal Lynn Reese-Carmer, 37, Gladbrook, arrested in the 200 block of Johnston Street, Gladbrook, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:25 p.m.- Jarry LeRoy Meyer, 43, Omaha, Neb. arrested at the Potawattimie County Jail in Council Bluffs ,on a charge of 1st offense sex offender registry violation and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
