1:04 p.m.- Gregory Allan Besner, 48, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of public intoxication by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

3:09 a.m.- Justin Lee Harris, 25, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of U.S. Highway 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 1:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

4:44 a.m.- Serei Mistique Bear, 19, rural Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of S, Prospect Dr. on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. Released at 2 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

May 26

1:39 p.m.- Thomas Jeremy Lopez, 22, Marshalltown, arrested in Marshalltown on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Brandy Eileen Johnson, 27, rural Tama, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at 3:57 p.m.

8:30 p.m.- Tomas Mendoza-Medrano, 45, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s, LeGrand, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:50 p.m. on surety bond.
