1:31 a.m.- James Andrew Miller, 44, Urbandale, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street on charges of providing false identification to law enforcement and disorderly conduct by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10 a.m.- Cory Daniel Verbeek, 36, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 12 at 12:25 p.m. after serving time.
3:41 p.m.- Jose Ignacio Ramirez-Chilel, 25, Worthington, Minn. arrested at a location not recorded on the Press arrest Log on a charge of identity theft by Toledo Police.
11:07 p.m.- Charles Mark Rognes, 29, Waterloo, arrested at 125th and P Avenue, Buckingham on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on May 6 at 12:25 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
May 6
12:55 a.m.- Jose Guadalupe Castro, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 700 block of East Harrison Street on a charge of violation of a no contact protective order by Toledo Police. Released at 9:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
1:24 a.m.- Jamie Lynn Garcia, 34, Tama, arrested at 3rd and State streets on a charge of 2nd offense public intoxication / consumption by Tama Police. Released at 11:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10 a.m.- Amy Maxine Meling, 41, Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Courthouse in Toledo on two charges of possession of a controlled substance, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants by Toledo Police.
