11:23 a.m.- Duane Keith Moffit, 51, Chelsea, cited to court on charges of public intoxication and reckless driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:55 a.m.- Joshua Robert Smith, 26, rural Tama, arrested at the Henry County Jail, Mt. Pleasant, on warrants for violation of terms of probation and failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

10:28 p.m.- Kurt Alan Olson, 58, rural Toledo, arrested in the 2400 block of 270th Street, rural Toledo, on 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a charge of purchasing / possessing material depicting exploitation and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:20 a.m. after posting cash bond.

April 20

6:40 p.m.- Ka Paw Htoo, 40, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1400 block of 305th Street on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

April 23

12:09 p.m.- Blake Brenton Buffalo, 27, Tama, arrested at West 13th and Harding streets on a charge of driving while license suspended by Tama Police.

5:30 p.m.- Irene Strickland, 59, Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Harding on charges of reckless driving and careless driving by Tama Police. Released at 7:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

April 24

4:16 p.m.- Eric Grayson Sloppy, 46, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway and Tama County South T47, rural Montour, on charges of driving while license suspended, speeding and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released ta 7:11 p.m. after posting cash bond.
