3 p.m.- Jessica Renea Darrah, 29, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on charges of gather to use drugs – felony, two counts of child endangerment / no injury and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.
3:36 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabaunasee, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway, Toledo, on charges of gather to use drugs -felony, possession of a controlled substance, carrying weapons, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Toledo Police.
April 17
12:25 a.m.- Clint Thomas Brandt, 36, Ladora, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. released at 11:05 a.m. on unsecured bond.
4:40 a.m.- Christina Marie Graff, 35, Melbourne, arrested in the 100 block of Park Street, Tama, on charges of domestic abuse assault and child endangerment / no injury by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release at 2:10 p.m.
3:09 p.m.- Dale Brenton Buffalo, 27, Tama, arrested at 10th and State streets on charges of driving while license suspended and false use of registration by Tama Police. Released at 5:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.
April 18
Brandy Eileen Johnson, 27, rural Tama, arrested in he 1900 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 22 at 10:45 a.m. on surety bond.
8:32 p.m.- Brandon Carl Miller, 18, Toledo, cited in the 1000 block of South County Road on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.
