April 3

6:15 p.m.- Christian Thomas Arp. 25. Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East High on charges of 1st offense drunken driving, failure to obey traffic signal and leaving the scene of a property damage accident by Toledo Police.

April 4

7:51 a.m.- Craig Deon Chaseinwinter, 38, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving, failure to maintain control of vehicle and vehicle insurance violation and on three warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Juvenile arrested in the 2500 block of C Avenue on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and driving without a license by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 5

10:25 a.m.- Christian Thomas Arp, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:18 a.m.- Tatanisha Nekopa Hunt, 21, Waterloo, arrested at U.S. highway 63 and N Avenue, rural Traer, in a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. released at 5:50 p.m. after posting cash bond.

2:20 p.m.- James Joseph Croswhite, 36, Washington, Iowa, arrested at the Washington County Jail, Washington, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:25 p.m.- Robert Michael Rooks, 40, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

April 6

11:25 a.m.- Tylinn Marie Henry, 22, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:02 p.m.- Ashley Marie Thompson, 28, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East Quail Road, rural Tama, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation. Sentenced and released on April 15 at 2:05 p.m.

6:28 p.m.- Bill Jose Garcia, 49, Navoo, Ill., arrested at U.S. 30 Expressway at 305th Stret on charges of -driving while license suspended, speeding and driving without a license by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 7:32 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:11 p.m.- Jeramy James Clement 40, rural Dysart, arrested in the 1300 block of 61st Street, rural Dysart, on four counts of violation of no contact / protective orders. Released on april 7 at 11:45 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

April 7

11:30 a.m.- Brian Everett Boyer, 52, Ankeny, arrested at the Polk county Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:40 p.m. after posting cash bond.

7:09 p.m.- James Fred Douglas, 42, Powell, Tenn., arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and P Avenue on a warrant for failure to appear by the Iowa State Patrol.

7:12 p.m.- Juan Carlos Martinez, 26, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of 4th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

April 8

12:53 a.m.- Alex Christopher Hennigh, 23, Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of Harding on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, vehicle insurance violation and license plate light violation by Tama Police. Release at 11:20 a.m. on surety bond.

April 10

5:36 p.m.- Patrick Early Charles Jr., 31, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 and n Avenue on charges of driving while barred, driving while license suspended and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 7:26 p.m. on surety bond.
