4:17 p.m.- Peggy Ann Schoenhut, 59, Traer cited by the court on a charge of 5th degree theft field by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 30

4:37 p.m.- Joseph Brian Thompson, 44, Des Moines, arrested in the 800 block of McClellan Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance – 2nd offense, possession contraband in a correctional facility, violation of a no contact / protective order and possession of drug paraphernalia by Tama Police.

6:15 p.m.- Samantha Miller, 20, Waterloo, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 31 at 12:35 p.m. after pleading guilty.

6:58 p.m.- Harold Raymond Cronin, 41, Des Moines, arrested at Red Earth Drive and East Village Road on charges of carrying weapons, unlawful possession of prescription drug, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 31 at 4:45 p.m. on surety bond.

5:540 a.m.- Conde Olu Anderson, 48, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

12:01 p.m.- Heidi Jo Doyle, 48, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on three counts of violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on April 14 at 10:30 a.m.

April 1

6:11 a.m.- Christopher Lee Wanatee, 34, rural Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police. Released at 8:35 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

12:30 p.m.- Brandon Wayne Janssen, 34, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6:21 p.m.- Joshua Lee Papesh, 21, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on April 15 at 12:10 p.m.

April 2

9:23 a.m.- Benjamin Don Braithwaite, 29, Payson, Utah, arrested in the 100 block of N. Main, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on April 7 at 5:05 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

1:59 p.m.- Kristen Belle Jefferson, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 200 block of Red Earth Drive on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Sentenced and released on April 7 at 1:45 p.m.

10:20 p.m.- Jessy James Lennie, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of South Main on a charge of criminal trespassing and on warrant by Toledo Police. Released on April 3 at 10:15 a.n. after serving time.

April 3

4:09 a.m.- Norik Devane White, 38, Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 30 on charges of 3rd offense drunken driving and driving while license revoked by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on April 4 at 5:18 a.m. on surety bond.
