March 17

1:20 p.m.- Robert Duane Dunek Jr., 36, Ely, Iowa, arrested at the Ft. Madison Prison on three charges of 2nd degree theft, a charge of 3rd degree burglary and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:53 p.m.- Nathan Allen Hosek, 32, Toledo, arrested at Business Highway 30 and South Broadway on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 6:58 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Juvenile arrested in the 600 block of Walnut street on a charge of 1st degree arson by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office. No other details were provided in the Arrest Press Log.

March 18

8:04 a.m.- Nicholas William Zook, 31, Traer, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of driving while barred by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11 a.m. on surety bond.

10:35 a.m.- Ricky Lee Keahna Jr., 29,m rural Tama, arrested in the 300 block of Meskwaki Road on a peace officer / persons engaged in certain occupations by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:50 a.m. on surety bond.

4:05 p.m.- Wade Matthew Quigley, 19, Grinnell, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

March 19

1:15 a.m.- Aden David Murbarak, 32, Toledo, arrested in tthe 2200 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of assault causing bodily injury by Toledo Police. Released on March 21 at 8:20 p.m. on surety bond.

1:41 a.m.- Benjamin Don Braithwaite, 28, Payson, Utah, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of 3rd degree kidnapping and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:44 p.m.- Shewit H. Berhe, 32, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East High Street on a charge of public intoxication – 3rd or subsequent offense by Toledo Police.

10:10 p.m,.- Steven Lloyd Hedrick, 33, Carlisle, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305rh Street, rural Tama, on a charge of driving while barred by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on March 20 at 11:30 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

March 20

1:34 a.m.- Heidi Jo Doyle, 48, Marshalltown, arrested at Cissy’s LeGrand on charges of 2nd degree theft, forgery and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:22 a.m.- Trudi Ann Mathes, 33, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of South Main Street on charges of 3rd degree burglary and attempted 3rd degree burglary by Toledo Police.
