1:56 p.m.- Jeramy James clement, 40, rural Dysart, arrested in the 800 block of South Main on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Dysart Police.

5:28 p.m.- Seth Ryan Webb, 19, rural Garwin, arrested in the 1400 block of 250th Street, rural Garwin, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at 8:22 p.m.

5:40 p.m.- Tiburcio Ramirez, 21, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East 13th Street, Tama, on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

March 2

10:41 p.m.- Lyle Frank Vesely, 69, Chelsea, arrested in the 300 block of Tama county Road E44, rural Elberon, on a charge of 1st offense drunken driving by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 7:55 a.m. after posting cash bond.

11:03 p.m.- Jamie Lynn Garcia, 34, Tama, arrested in 400 block of State Street on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released on March 4 at 10:15 a.m. after pleading guilty.

9:34 a.m.- Michael Guy Wabauanasee, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 10 at 3 p.m. after serving time.

10:55 a.m.- Mariah Cassandra Jefferson, 25, rural Tama, arrested in the 600 block of Hall Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on March 5 at 7:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

11:41 a.m.- Paul William Barcomb, 25, Grundy Center, cited to court on a charge of 5th degree theft by Tama Police.

7:52 p.m.- Brian Everett Boyer, 52, Ankeny, arrested ta the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 10 at 12:10 p.m. after posting cash bond.
