Feb. 25
4:49 a.m.- Benjamin Leo Graham, 43, Marshalltown, arrested in hte 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 2:40 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.
9:53 a.m.- Justin Harold Schutterle, 30, Dysart, arrested at 210th Street and X avenue, rural Dysart, on charges of driving while license suspended, speeding and vehicle insurance violation by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 10:12 p.m. on surety bond.
1:20 p.m.- Erica Renee Walker, 37, rural Tama, arrested as a parole violator and on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Feb. 26
2:05 a.m.- Seger Tyrone Brown, 37, rural Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama county Sheriff’s Department.
10 a.m.- Clarence Hudson, 57, Cedar Rapids, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
11:20 a.m.- Tony Adam Harris Jr., 27, Toledo, arrested in hte 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant by the Tama county Sheriff’s Office.
7:48 p.m.- Montgomery Eugene Risig, 53, Tama, arrested in hte 1200 block of East 5th Street in a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police.
Feb. 27
12:16 p.m.- Michael Guy Wabauanasee, 31, Toledo, arrested in the 500 block of Front Street, Garwin, on charges of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault, 2nd offense drunken driving, driving without a license and for Tribal Court by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on March 10 at 3 p.m. after serving time.
