11:52 p.m.- Siyaad Maxamed Cali, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on Feb. 10 at 1 p.m. on unsecured bond.

Feb. 10

4:32 a.m.- Danny Dean Forrester, 56, rural Elberon, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 210:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

2:30 p.m.- Keenan Jewton Lewis, 19, Davenport, arrested at the Scott county Jail, Davenport on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Transferred at noon on Feb. 11.

5:30 p.m.- Andrew Larson, 39, Tama, arrested in the 400 block of McClellan as a parole / probation violator, two warrants for failure to appear and violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Tama Police.

8:58 p.m.- Andre Lincoln Levell Wylie, 21, Ames, arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road, Toledo, on charges of 2nd offense possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance in premises / vehicle / dwelling, failure to display registration plant and on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Feb. 11 at 7:10 p.m. on surety bond.

9:10 p.m.- Meredith Marie Pierce, 23, Ames, arrested in the 100 block of south County Road, Toledo, on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance in premises / vehicle / dwelling by the Iowa State Patrol. Placed on pre-trial release on Feb. 11 at 9:10 a.m.

Feb. 11

10:44 a.m.- Maureen Jessica Creamer, 50, Grinnell, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a charge of violation of conditions of pre-trial release by Toledo Police.

9:18 p.m.- Enrique Santos-Class, 34, Marshalltown, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue on a charge of 5th degree theft by Tama Police. Released at 11:08 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Feb. 12

4:28 p.m.- Miguel Angel Garcia, 49, Waterloo, arrested at 360th Street at U.S. Highway 63, rural Toledo, on charges of driving while barred, vehicle insurance violation and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol. Released at 7:45 p.m. on surety bond.

Feb. 13

5:09 p.m.- Michael Jon Ehrig, 43, Reinbeck, arrested in the 3000 block of 310th Street, rural Chelsea, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and open container of alcohol in motor vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 14 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

10:50 p.m.- Ariel Eugenio De Mota-Alvarez, 28, Waterloo, arrested at M Avenue at U.S. Highway 63, rural Traer, on charges of driving while license suspended, failure to maintain control of motor vehicle and driving on wrong side of roadway by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Feb. 14 at 12:27 a.m. after posting cash bond.
