7:15 p.m.- Delcie Jan Whitebreast, 29, rural Tama, arrested in the 1600 block of 305th Street on charges of forgery, conspiracy / commit felony / property, and 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Feb. 3 at 11:35 a.m.

Feb. 3

12:52 a.m.- Nathan Eugene Priske, 37, Marshalltown, arrested in the 700 block of B Street on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Tama Police. Released on Feb. 3 at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:30 a.m.- Douglas Andrew Farrell, 61, Eldora, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:25 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

12:40 p.m.- Christina Marie Oetker, 25, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

6 a.m.- Matthew Glen Charles Morgan, 33, Marshalltown, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
