7 p.m.- Matthew Joseph Husak, 35, LeGrand, arrested in th 2800 block of U.S. Highway 63, rural Toledo, on charges of child endangerment – no injury and simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 24 at 10:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

3:42 a.m.- Judith Eileen Roberts, 36, addresses of rural Montour and Tama, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

8:56 p.m.- Nicole Marie VanMeighem, 25, Traer, arrested in the 200 block of Berlin Avenue, Traer, on a charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 25 at 1:30 p.m. after pleading guilty.

9:04 a.m.- Paul Byron Johnson, 68, Marshalltown, arrested in Marshalltown on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

5:25 p.m.- Daniel Thomas Jefferson, 44, Tama arrested at East 3rd and Hall streets on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 26 at 9:40 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:20 p.m.- Cody Daniel Smith, 25, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a charge of simple assault and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 26 at 11:20 a.m. after pleading guilty.
