Jan. 20

8:21 a.m.- James Carroly Stevens, 53, Toledo, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on charges of controlled substance- aggravated misdemeanor, unlawful possession of prescription drug and 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

8:25 a.m.- Jayna Lee Lasley, 31, rural Tama, arrested at a location not noted in the Press Arrest Log on a charge of unlawful possession of a prescription drug by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

9:51 p.m.- Teresa Kaye Adams, 46, rural Tama, arrested in the 1900 block of Tama County Road E69 on charge of disorderly conduct by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 21 at 10:25 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Jan. 21

12:50 p.m.- Veronica Irene Zankowski, 31, Marion, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 22 at 6:35 p.m. on surety bond.

12:50 p.m.- Bobbi Ann Kemmerling, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on three warrants for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

1:23 p.m.- Matthew Allen Ryan, 24, rural Chelsea, arrested in the 200 block of West Village Road, rural Montour, on a charge of providing false identification and a warrant for failure ot appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 29 at 2:25 p.m. after pleading guilty.

4:15 p.m.- Kelbie Leonard Struve, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of East Washington on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo police. Released at 4:55 p.m. after posting cash bond.

10:51 p.m.- Siyaad Maxamed Cali, 35, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of McClellan on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 22 at 6:30 p.m. after posting cash bond.

Jan. 23

1:33 p.m.- David Craig Waltmeyer, 58, Marshalltown, arrested at 2nd Avenue and Fee Street on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, drug tax stap violation, driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police and 1st offense drunken driving by the Iowa State Patrol.

1:33 p.m.- Maureen Jessica Creamer, 50, Marshalltown, arrested at 2nd Avenue and Fee Street on charges of delivery of a controlled substance, drug tax stamp violation and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police.
