5:20 a.m.- Matthew Allen Sumpter, 30, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, 3rd or subsequent offense by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 3:20 p.m. on surety bond.

10:55 a.m.- Joseph Gray Privetta, 31, Marion, arrested in court in Toledo on a warrant for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 21 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

1:23 p.m.- Gabriel Joseph Winders, 38, Garwin, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton, Toledo, on a charge of dominion / control of firearm or offense weapon by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:20 p.m. on surety bond.

4:45 p.m.- Luis Antonino Puetes-Lopez, 21, Montour, arrested at the Marshalltown Residential Facility on two warrants for violation of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:03 p.m.- Boubker Lamkadmi, 46, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of Beautiful Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police.

10:57 p.m.- Lisa Gail Doran, 55, rural Toledo, arrested in the 1700 block of 300th Street, rural Toledo, on two warrants by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Jan. 16

Chase Lasley-Sanache, 25, rural Tama, arrested as a probation / parole violator in the 1100 block of South Prospect Drive by Toledo Police.

Jan. 17

3.33 a.m.- Matthew John Williams, 30, Montour, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive on charges of domestic abuse assault – impeding air/blood flow and disorderly conduct by Tama Police. Released at 3:20 p.m. after posting cash bond.

1:30 p.m.- Ashley Rae Glass, 31, Cedar Rapids, arrested at the Linn County Jail, Cedar Rapids, on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 18 at 2:30 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

6:51 p.m.- Carlos Jefferson, 34, Toledo, arrested at Mercy Hospital Council Bluffs on a charge of violation of a no contact order and on a warrant by Toledo Police.

Jan. 19

1:02 a.m.- Jay Shannon Bear, 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 500 block of Northwood Drive, rural Montour, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

10:32 a.m.- Adrian Ismael Castanon, 18, Tama, cited by court on a charge of possession of controlled substance on a Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police charge. Released on Jan. 30 at 11:10 a.m. after posting cash bond.

11:42 a.m.- Brittany Ann Sells, 26, Garwin, arrested at Central Iowa Healthcare, Marshalltown, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Sentenced and released on Jan. 29 at 12:15 p.m.

7 p.m.- Brenton James Roberts, 34, rural Montour, arrested in the 2900 block of F Avenue, rural Montour, on charges of violation of individual rights- hate crime, willful injury causing serious injury and willful injury causing bodily injury by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police and on a warrant for violation of terms of probation and a second warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
