9:08 p.m.- Daniel Thomas Jefferson, 44, Tama, arrested in the 300 block of East 3rd Street on a chagre of domestic abuse assault -3rd or subsequent offense by Tama Police. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 12 at 11:47 a.m.

10:46 p.m.- Eric Ramon Lasley, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released ta 11:11 p.m. on surety bond.

1:05 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 70, Montour, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

4:55 p.m.- Beau Jason Lasley, 31, rural Tama, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8 a.m.- Douglass Eugene Stevenson, 46, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main. Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

11:20 a.m.- Tracy LeRoy Steele, 53, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, of a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Jan. 14

3:27 a.m.- Amy Maxine Meling, 41, Tama, arrested in the 700 block of State Street, Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by Tama Police. Released at 8:32 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

12:52 a.m.- Lucile Rose Kapayou, 30, Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E29 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 2 10:42 a.m. on cash bond.

5:57 a.m.- Jaime Castrejon-Chavez, 41, Tama, arrested at 11th and Washington streets on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 5:31 p.m. after serving time

7:22 a.m.- Cesar Torrero Gonzalez, 25, Tama, arrested at 611 Harding St. on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 8 at 1:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:16 a.m.- Steven Eugene Boege, 59, Garwin, arrested in the 400 block of Rider Street, Garwin, on charges of 1st degree theft, ongoing criminal conduct and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:10 p.m.

9:16 a.m.- Karen Kae Boege, 57, Garwin, arrested in the 400 block of Rider Street, Garwin, on charges of 1st degree theft, ongoing criminal conduct and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 11:55 a.m.

11:09 a.m.- Nathan Dean Greenfield, 29, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on court order on Jan. 4 at 9 a.m.

2:17 p.m.- Miguel Angel Ordaz-Ochoa, 20, Marshalltown, arrested at the Meskwaki Travel Plaza, rural Tama, on a warrant for failure to appear by the Iowa State Patrol. Transferred on Jan. 15 at 2:30 p.m.
