2:28 p.m.- Jay Shannon Bear Jr., 21, rural Tama, arrested in the 4300 block of Red Earth Drive on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Jan. 11
3 p.m.- Jerry Dennis Martin, 70, Montour, arrested in the 200 block of North Division Street, Montour, as a probation / parole violator by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
4:37 p.m.- Eric Ramon Lasley, 40, rural Tama, arrested in the 3000 block of Meskwaki Road on a warrant for failure to appear by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released at 11:11 p.m. on surety bond.
8:07 p.m.- Macie Kae Medina, 21, Tama, arrested in the 100 block of East 3rd Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 12 at 11:32 a.m. after posting bond with the clerk of Court.
8:07 p.m.- Erica Lynn Velez, 25, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of East 3rd Street on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 13 at 3:10 p.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.
8:29 p.m.- Conde Olu Anderson, 47, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305 Street, rural Tama, on charges of forgery, conspiracy to commit a felony – property, and 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
8:29 p.m.- Douglas Eugene Stevenson, 46, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Stree,t rural Tama, on charges of forgery, conspiracy to commit a felony – property, 5th degree theft and possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
8;29 p.m.- Heather Rose Myers, 36, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305 Street, rural Tama, on charges of forgery, conspiracy to commit a felony – property and 4th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
