12:01 a.m.- Rodney Lee Purk, 45, Montour, cited to court on a 5th degree theft charge by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.
Juvenile arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on charges of simple assault, 3rd degree harassment and possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 by Tama Police.
3:34 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 43, rural Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of willful injury causing serious injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:10 p.m. on surety bond.

10:18 p.m.- Jessica Ann Prusha, 25, Toledo, arrested in the 1000 block of South Prospect Drive on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 8 at 9:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:03 p.m.- Jason Randall Himschoot, 33, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of North street, Traer, on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 9:25 p.m. after posting cash bond.
8:56 p.m.- Ethan James Erhardt, 19, Traer, cited at U.S. Highway 63 and E Avenue, rural Traer, on a charge of driving while license suspended by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.
9:58 p.m.- Steven Wayne Burkett, 51, Sheffield, Iowa, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 9 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
10 p.m.- Jan Ramos, 28, Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police.

4:27 a.m.- Johnathan Cabral Rodriguez, 32, rural Tama, arrested in the 3300 block of G Avenue, rural Tama on charges of 2nd degree theft, forgery and on two warrants by Tama Police.
