2 p.m.- Brienne Laree Joy, 35, rural Tama, arrest of parole / probation violator at the Polk County Jail, Des Moines, by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

2:07 p.m.- La Dean Winders, 65, Gladbrook, arrested in the 100 block of north Main Street, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:45 p.m.- Murphy Aaron Blackcloud, 32, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of Deerfield Crossing, rural Toledo, on a charge of willful injury causing serious injury and on a warrant by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police. Released on Jan. 7 at 12:55 p.m. after positing bond with the Clerk of Court.

12:01 a.m.- Rodney Lee Purk, 45, Montour, cited to court on a 5th degree theft charge by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

Juvenile arrested in the 1700 block of Harding on charges of simple assault, 3rd degree harassment and possession / purchase of alcohol under age 21 by Tama Police.

3:34 p.m.- Ryan Jason Papakee, 43, rural Toledo, arrested at the Tama County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of willful injury causing serious injury and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 4:10 p.m. on surety bond.
