8:25 p.m.- Danny James Everts, 22, Elberon, arrested in the 500 block of 2nd street, Elberon on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 4 at 11:25 a.m.

Jan. 4

12:24 a.m.- Francisco Sanchez-Macip, 38, Toledo, arrested in he 200 block of C Street on a charge of disorderly conduct by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 5 at 5:15 p.m. after posting cash bond.

2:08 a.m.- Carlos Jefferson, 34, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 7 at 5:10 p.m. on a promise to appear.

3:32 a.m.- Trudi Ann Mathes, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East State street on a charge of violation of a no contact / protective order by Toledo Police. Released at 11:15 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

Jan. 5

8:25 a.m.- Cheryl Ann Lathrop, 62, Des Moines, cited in the 1500 block of 305th Street on a charge of 5th degree theft by Meskwaki Nation Tribal Police.

1 p.m.- Juan Torres, 61, Belle Plaine, arrested in the 1500 block of 6th Avenue, Belle Plaine, on charges of drunken driving- homicide by motor vehicle, serious injury by vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on the wrong side of the roadway and on two warrants by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on cash bond on Jan. 14.

3:18 p.m.- Shawn David Youngbear, 40, Tama, arrested in the 1300 block of Sesame Drive on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by Tama Police.

8:145 p.m.- David Donald Gill, 57, La Porte City, arrested at the Traer Short Stop on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by the Iowa State Patrol. Released on Jan. 6 at 12:15 p.m. on surety bond.
