7:22 a.m.- Cesar Torrero Gonzalez, 25, Tama, arrested at 611 Harding St. on a charge of 2nd offense drunken driving by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 8 at 1:50 p.m. on personal recognizance bond.

9:16 a.m.- Steven Eugene Boege, 59, Garwin, arrested in the 400 block of Rider Street, Garwin, on charges of 1st degree theft, ongoing criminal conduct and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 12:10 p.m.

9:16 a.m.- Karen Kae Boege, 57, Garwin, arrested in the 400 block of Rider Street, Garwin, on charges of 1st degree theft, ongoing criminal conduct and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release at 11:55 a.m.

11:09 a.m.- Nathan Dean Greenfield, 29, Toledo, arrested at the Marshall County Jail, rural Marshalltown, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on court order on Jan. 4 at 9 a.m.

Jeramy James Clement, 40, Dysart, arrested in the 1300 block of 61st Street, rural Dysart, on charges of tampering with a witness or jury and violation of a no contact / protective order by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Jan. 3 at 11:10 a.m.

3:07 p.m.- Rickey Dustin Hawkins, 40, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault. Released on Jan. 4 at 11 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

7:34 p.m.- John Randall Youngbear, 28, Tama, arrested in the 900 block of Harding Street on a charge of 4th degree theft, on a warrant for failure to appear and a second warrant by Tama Police. Released on Jan. 7 after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

8:08 p.m.- Penny Lynn Roberts, 59, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of C street on a charge of 5th degree theft and on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 4 at 10:55 a.m. after serving time.
