8:30 p.m.- Keenan Jewon Lewis, 19, Davenport, arrested in Davenport on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:54 p.m.- Jamison Allyn Wyatt, 21, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of South Broadway, Toledo, on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

8:57 a.m.- Nestor Yasser Ruiz, 33, Toledo, arrested in the 3300 block of L Avenue, rural Tama, on a charge of 2nd degree theft by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Jan. 8 at 10:20 a.m. on court order.

9:13 a.m.- Kelbie Leonard Struve, 23, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of South County Road on a charge of domestic abuse assault with injury by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 1 at 3:35 p.m. after posting cash bond.

12:09 p.m.- Josephine Celine Davenport, 20, rural Tama, arrested in the 1000 block of South County Road on a charge of driving while license suspended and a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police. Released at 6:10 p.m. on surety bond.

Jan. 1

12:26 a.m.- Cimion Deshawn George, 25, Cedar Rapids, cited at U.S. Highway 30 at R Avenue on charges of driving while license is suspended and speeding by the Iowa State Patrol.

12:51 a.m.- Beau Jason Lasley, 31, rural Tama, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E29 on charges of eluding, carrying weapons, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, driving while license suspended, vehicle insurance violation, failure to maintain control of vehicle, reckless driving and on a warrant for failure to appear by Toledo Police.

12:52 a.m.- Lucile Rose Kapayou, 30, Toledo, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Tama County Road E29 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia by Toledo Police. Released on Jan. 2 10:42 a.m. on cash bond.

5:57 a.m.- Jaime Castrejon-Chavez, 41, Tama, arrested at 11th and Washington streets on a charge of public intoxication by Tama Police. Released at 5:31 p.m. after serving time
