Dec. 26

6:15 p.m.- LaVonne Clarice Jefferson, 43, rural Tama, arrested at the Toledo PD on a charge of 5th degree theft by Toledo Police.

7:55 p.m.- Thomas Jeremy Lopez, 21, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1300 block of U.S. 30 Expressway, rural Montour, on charges of 2nd offense possession of marijuana, two counts of child endangerment- no injury, possession of drug paraphernalia and on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 27 at 2:20 p.m. on surety bond.

Dec. 27

2:30 a.m.- Paul James Hopkins, 23, Marshalltown, arrested at U.S. Highway 30 Expressway at F Avenue on charges of driving while barred, failure to maintain control of vehicle and vehicle insurance violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 5:15 p.m. on surety bond.

2:40 a.m.- Dean Allen Else, 49, Waterloo, arrested in the 200 block of Business Highway 30 on charges of driving while license suspended and false use of registration by Toledo Police. Released at 12:25 p.m. on unsecured bond.

10 a.m.- Nathan Wesley Cox, 324, Elberon, arrested in the 200 block of Main Street, Elberon, on a charge of simple domestic abuse assault by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released ta 12:15 p.m. on unsecured bond.

Dec. 28

8:16 p.m.- James Henry Garske, 57, Montour, arrested in the 1800 block of U.S. 30 Expressway, Toledo, on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and failure to maintain control of vehicle by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 29 at 9:35 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

5 p.m.- Danie Paul Frank Griffin, 22, homeless, arrested in the 900 block of South Broadway on a charge of criminal trespassing by Toledo Police.

5 p.m.- Elizabeth Neely Deno, 21, homeless, arrested in the 900 block of South Broadway on a charge of criminal trespassing by Toledo Police.
