4:36 p.m.- Nessie Collette Buffalo, 31, rural Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Carleton on a warrant by Toledo Police. Transferred at 9:53 p.m.

Dec. 17

2:48 p.m.- Eric Dewayne Bolton, 47, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Business Highway 30 junction on charges of driving while license suspended and vehicle insurance violation by Toledo Police. Released on Dec .18 at 9:30 a.m. after pleading guilty.

2:48 p.m.- Dulicia Ann Printz, 41, Cedar Rapids, arrested at U.S. Highway 63 and Business Highway 30 junction on a charge of 5th degree theft. Released on Dec. 18 at 9:40 a.m. after pleading guilty.

Dec. 18

5:11 a.m.- Joshua Ryan Roberts, 22, Montour, arrested in the 700 block of South County road on a charge ofdriving while license suspended and on a warrant by Toledo Police released at 9:45 a.m. after pleading guilty.

8:19 a.m.- Jeffrey Wayne Miller, 38, Marshalltown, arrested in the 100 block of North Main, Toledo, on a warrant for violation of terms of probation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released at 11:10 a.m. after posting bond with the Clerk of Court.

5:50 p.m.- Carlos Jefferson, 34, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of East Street, Toledo, on charges of violation of a no contact / protective order and making false report to law enforcement by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Released on Dec. 19 at 10:45 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.

11:49 p.m.- Robert James Hall, 40, Traer, arrested in the 600 block of North Street, Traer, on five charges of violation of a no contact / protective order. Released on Dec. 19 at 10:55 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
