4:07 a.m.- April Marie Sharp, 54, Marshalltown, arrested in the 1500 block of 305th Street, rural Tama, on charges of delivery of a controlled substance and drug tax stamp violation by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

7:31 a.m.- Elizabeth Ashley Gaylord, 30, Tama, arrested at Business Highway 30 and U.S. 63 on a warrant by Toledo Police. transferred on Dec. 14.

Dec. 13

9:50 p.m.- Maximillian Hadrian Youngbear, 20, Toledo, arrested in the 300 block of East Ross Street on a warrant by Toledo Police. Released on Dec. 14 at 2:05 p.m. on order of the court.

Dec. 14

1:15 p.m.- Tyler Scott Downs, 24, Denver, Iowa, arrested at the Black Hawk county Jail, Waterloo, on two warrants for failure to appear by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office.

Dec. 15

9:15 p.m.- Justin Allen Borseth, 32, Ridgeway, Iowa, arrested at the Black Hawk County Jail, Waterloo, on a charge of sex offender registration violation – 2nd or subsequent offense and on a warrant by the Tama County Sheriff’s Office. Placed on pre-trial release on Dec. 16 at 10:50 a.m.

Dec. 16

1:10 a.m.- Bryce John Climer, 20, Toledo, arrested in the 100 block of West Business Highway 30 on charges of 1st offense drunken driving and violation of restricted license by Toledo Police. Released at 11:05 a.m. on personal recognizance bond.
